Join our brewing team for an evening of beer, stories and plenty of tasting as we take you behind the scenes of Glasgow’s only city centre brewpub.

 

You can enjoy a guided brewery tour, sample a selection of our beers and hear how Shilling Brewing Company has evolved over the last decade. We’ll chat about the history of Shilling, the inspiration behind some of our favourite beers over the years, the brewing process, ingredients, and what makes every pint unique.

 

There’ll also be a relaxed Q&A where no question is off limits. Whether you’re curious about hops, malt, yeast, brewing techniques or simply want to know how your favourite Shilling beer came to life, we’d love to chat.

 

Whether you’re just getting into craft beer or already consider yourself a beer geek, it’s a brilliant evening packed with great beer and even better conversation.
